By law, all property letting agents operating in England are required to join a government approved “Client Money Protection” scheme.
We are a member of the UKALA CMP scheme. This means that your money is fully protected and regulated so that even if in the unlikely event, we go into administration, you will be compensated for your money.
It is a legal requirement for all lettings agents and property managers in England to belong to a government approved redress scheme from 1 October 2014.
This means that you have an independent body that you can approach for complaints if you have any complaints about our professionalism or business ethics.
